The Montagues and the Capulets were alike because the Montagues seem to be more of a caring family to their only son. The Capulets seem to be a stricter family towards their only daughter. Romeo was a Montague and Juliet was a Capulet. The ways that they’re alike is that each family has only one heir to the family name, and the way that their different is that the families can’t seem to find any possible way to get along with each other. Another way that their different is that the Capulet’s daughter, Juliet is extremely suicidal and when something goes wrong for her she always turns to killing herself for it. But the Montague’s son, Romeo is a kind and caring young man, but he’s desperately in love with a woman who doesn’t even know he exist. There is one last thing the families have in common, their two heirs fell in love and proved that no matter how much their families hate each other, their love will grow and bring the hatred to end of the families can be one.
